Here is the start of a new one. The first discovery of a non-native invasive aquatic species all the way from the Danube found in Grafham Water. Here is Anglian Waters Advice for water users: help prevent the spread of invasive wildlife that details the little monster. Having seen the offender first hand it is not small, and very prolific already. For those who fly fish at Grafham a shrimp pattern in size 10 or 8, based upon hare's ear should do the trick. A pale creamy hare's fur underside, topped with a light tan shellback with some partridge legs should do it.
